There are three parts to writing or rewriting your hero’s story.
First of all, is understanding the hero’s journey.
Once you understand the hero’s journey, this is this blueprint within our DNA that allows us to tap into an ancient truth that all religions and great works of literature have, which is the story we all yearn to have in our life. Multiple heroes journeys, it’s not 100% true, it’s not even close. The question is, is your story useful? If you get into the head of your ideal client, most of them related to the product or service you deliver, have an unhelpful, non-useful, potentially destructive story.
Your job as a marketer is to get into their heads and to help them understand that that story is not true nor is it useful. Your job as a business owner is to inspire people to change their stories so that they can change their lives.
